My Week In Photos
Monday, September 01, 2014Another week and another month gone! I almost can't believe it. It's been another busy but lovely one here, lots of visiting friends, wandering around Edinburgh and enjoying the quiet streets again now that the festival is over and generally spending as much time outdoors as possible.
Reading magazines while the dogs enjoy playing in the park.
The chillier weather is making me excited about trying out new teas again, I really like this one which includes, among other things; marigold, apple, cinnamon, orange peel and ginger.
The excitement of new make-up!
The roof of Waverly Station when I was dropping off a friend.
Writing thank you cards from my birthday.
Waterstone's knows me well!
This gorgeous flower - I love the colours!
No ball games, please, ta!

Cool photos! I love that you write thank you cards. It is such a small gesture, but so meaningful.
ReplyDeleteHappy belated birthday! I love your thank you cards too, they are so cute!

i love this time of year as well! tea is my favorite cozy thing to drink in autumn. over the summer, i started drinking 2-3 cups of tea a day! being in florida, it's so hot but it's so hard to say no to a cozy cup. winter for me means more tea too, and i can't wait! xo yelle
ReplyDeleteThat is one of the most adorable Thank You cards I've ever seen. And the tea sounds delicious. I used to only drink green tea but lately I've been trying all sorts of fruit varieties - mango is a new favourite!

ReplyDeleteIt is isn't it! I wasn't too sure about getting it because I usually go for something with quite high coverage but it is amazing! I bought the Healthy Mix Serum at the same time and I definitely prefer the CC Cream xo
ReplyDeleteI'm such a tea hoarder it's ridiculous! Have you tried Twinings green tea with mango and lychee? It's delicious xo
ReplyDeleteIt's the absolute best! It's not that cold here either yet but I'm still drinking it constantly. I think I might go put the kettle on now actually xo
ReplyDeleteThanks Maria! xo
ReplyDeleteI never understood why my parents insisted on me sending them as a kid but I definitely do now. Your right, it's such a small and easy way of letting someone know you appreciate them xo
ReplyDeleteI haven't but now I'm keeping my eyes peeled the next time I'm in the supermarket. That sounds delish!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for taking the time to read my blog, and even more for taking the time to comment. I read and appreciate every single one.
